In the tastelessly named 2005 film “Swim Meat 2: Twin Towers,” you can catch Lucio Maverick at the center of a delicious poolside fourgy, with the Mangiatti twins and Marco Campbell. (The twins here are credited as Alex and Ian Lynch.)

Yes, it’s true that Lucio, the top, spends pretty much the whole scene on his back. But he’s definitely working hard. The bottom’s bouncing erection says it all.
